Shipping is free on orders in excess of €100. A fee of 20% of the Order value applies on all other orders. Local pick up can be arranged by appointment, please contact us. Orders are shipped within 3 days. Local and national orders are usually delivered within 7 working days. International orders can take up to 10 working days. For international shipping please be aware that there might be tax or customs charges. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon collection of your parcel.

If your parcel is lost or fails to arrive please get contact us with your order confirmation details. If your order arrives damaged please take a photograph of the broken item(s), along with a picture of the box it arrived in within 2 days of delivery. All items broken or damaged during shipping/delivery will be replaced at no additional costs. If you wish to return an item it should be returned as sold with a valid receipt within 28 days for a full refund. The cost of returning item(s) will be at your own expense.

We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed securely using stripe, we do not save your card details.
